چکیده
هدف این مطالعه بررسی رابطه خودشناسی انسجامی با تحمل آشفتگی هیجانی و تفکر انتقادی در دانشجویان دارای نشانگان ضربه عشق بود. روش مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه خوارزمی دارای نشانگان ضربه عشق در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بود. تعداد 112 نفر از افرادی که در سیاهه ضربه عشق (LTI) نمرات بالاتر از 20  گرفته بودند و در بازه سنی 18 تا 38 سال قرار داشتند به صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها با مقیاس خودشناسی انسجامی (ISS)، مقیاس تحمل پریشانی (DTS) و مقیاس گرایش به تفکر انتقادی (EMI) صورت گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS-SEM) انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که خودشناسی انسجامی با تحمل آشفتگی هیجانی (0.53=R2) و تفکر انتقادی (0.68=R2) رابطه معناداری دارد. بنابراین اجرای کارگاه‌های روانشناسی مبتنی بر خودشناسی انسجامی، ضروری است. این رویکرد برای پرورش تحمل بیشتر پریشانی عاطفی و تفکر انتقادی در دانشجویانی که نشانگان ضربه عشق را تجربه کرده اند، ضروری است.

چکیده English

The objective of this study was to examine the interrelationship between integrated self-knowledge, emotional distress tolerance, and critical thinking in students who have experienced love trauma syndrome. The study employed a descriptive correlation methodology. The study population comprised all students at Kharazmi University (Iran) diagnosed with love trauma syndrome during the 2023-2024 academic year. A statistical sample comprising 112 individuals with a score above 20 on the love trauma inventory (LTI), and within the age range of 18 to 38 years was selected. The data were collected using the Integrative Self-Knowledge Scale (ISS), the Distress Tolerance Scale (DTS), and the Critical Thinking Disposition (EMI). The analysis was conducted using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicated that there is a significant correlation between integrative self-knowledge and the emotional distress tolerance (R2=0.53) and to engage in critical thinking (R2=0.68). Therefore, holding psychological workshops based on integrative self-knowledge is necessary. This approach is essential for fostering greater tolerance of emotional distress and critical thinking in students who have experienced love trauma syndrome.
