اثر بخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر سرمایه روان‌شناختی و اجتناب تجربی زنان سرپرست خانوار

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر سرمایه روان‌شناختی و اجتناب تجربی زنان سرپرست خانوار بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را زنان سرپرست خانوار مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره کمیته امداد امام خمینی (ره) بجنورد در بهار 1403 تشکیل می‌دادند. تعداد 30 نفر از این زنان با روش نمونه گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و لیست انتظار جایگزین شدند و گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش تنظیم هیجان ( هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای) قرار گرفت و گروه لیست انتظار مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. گردآوری داده‌ها با پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی (PCQ) و پرسش نامه پذیرش و عمل (AAQ) انجام شد. تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر نشان داد که آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر افزایش سرمایه روان‌شناختی و کاهش اجتناب تجربی زنان سرپرست خانوار موثر است (0.01>P) و این اثر در طی زمان حفظ می‌گردد. بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش به نظر می‌رسد افزایش توانمندی زنان سرپرست خانوار در شناخت، ارزیابی و تنظیم هیجانات می‌تواند میزان خودکارآمدی، امیدواری، تاب آوری و خوش بینی آنان را افزایش داده و اجتناب تجربی آنان را کاهش ‌دهد. بر این اساس آموزش تنظیم هیجان می‌تواند در فهرست دوره‌های آموزشی برای زنان سرپرست خانوار قرار گیرد.

The Efficacy of Emotion Regulation Training on Psychological Capital and Experiential Avoidance in Women-Headed Households

چکیده English

The aim of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of emotion regulation training on psychological capital and experiential avoidance among women headed households. The statistical population of this research consisted of women headed households who visited the counseling center of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation in Bojnourd (a city in Iran) during the spring of 2024. A total of 30 women were selected through voluntary sampling and randomly assigned to either the experimental group or the waitlist control group. The experimental group underwent emotion regulation training (eight 90-minute sessions), while the waitlist control group received no intervention. Data collection was conducted using the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) and the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (AAQ). Repeated measures analysis of variance revealed that emotion regulation training was effective in increasing psychological capital and reducing experiential avoidance among women headed households (p < 0.01), and this effect was maintained over time. Based on the findings of this study, it appears that enhancing the ability of women headed households to recognize, evaluate, and regulate emotions can increase their self-efficacy, hope, resilience, and optimism while reducing their experiential avoidance. Accordingly, emotion regulation training can be included in the list of educational programs for women headed households.
