چکیده
توجه به دانشجویان در دوره بزرگسالی با تمرکز بر مؤلفه‌های کنش‌های اجرایی و پیشگیری از پیامدهای مرتبط با سلامت جسمانی و روان­ شناختی در این زمینه ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی همبستگی کانونی نارسایی کنش ­های اجرایی و مشکلات سلامت روان دانشجویان پرداخت. طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود و در سال 1402 با جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزشی عالی شهر مشهد انجام شد که از طریق شیوه نمونه­ گیری در دسترس 245 نفر انتخاب شدند. جمع ­آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از مقیاس نارسایی کنش­های اجرایی بارکلی (BDEFS) و چک لیست اصلاح شده نشانه‌های اختلال های روانی  (SCL-90-R) صورت گرفت. داده ­های جمع ­آوری­ شده نیز با استفاده از یافته­ های توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل همبستگی کانونی برای بررسی روابط میان دو مجموعه متغیر پیش­بین (نارسایی کنش­های اجرایی) و ملاک (نشانه های اختلال­های روانی) با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 27 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد نارسایی کنش­های اجرایی با اشکال متعدد آسیب ­شناسی روانی مرتبط هستند (0.01≥P). بنابراین کنش ­های اجرایی ممکن است یک هدف مهم برای برنامه‌ها و مداخلات پیشگیری از آسیب‌شناسی روانی باشد.

چکیده English

In the context of adulthood, attending to students by focusing on all components of executive functions and preventing consequences related to their physical and psychological health appears essential. The present study investigated the canonical correlation between executive dysfunctions and mental health problems in students. This descriptive-correlational research design was conducted in 2023 with a statistical population comprising students from universities and higher education institutions in Mashhad. A sample of 245 individuals was selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using the Barkley Deficits in Executive Functioning Scale (BDEFS) and the Symptom Checklist-90-Revised (SCL-90-R). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and canonical correlation analysis to examine the relationships between two sets of variables: predictors (executive dysfunctions) and criteria (symptoms of mental disorders). The results indicated a significant relationship between executive dysfunctions and various forms of psychopathology (P≤0.01). Therefore, executive functions may represent an important target for psychopathology prevention programs and interventions.
