نقش طرحواره های ناسازگار حوزه بریدگی و طرد در پیش بینی صمیمیت زناشویی

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش طرحواره‎‌های بریدگی و طرد در پیش بینی صمیمیت زناشویی انجام شد. در یک طرح همبستگی تعداد 104 نفر از مراجعه‌کنندگان به یکی از مراکز مشاوره شهر مشهد با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها با فـرم کوتاه پرسشنامه طرحـواره (SQ-SF) و سیاهه صمیمیت زوجین (MIQ) انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین طرحواره های بریدگی و طرد با صمیمیت زناشویی رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد (P<0.05). تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام نیز نشان داد که طرحواره‌های رهاشدگی (0.44- = β)، بی اعتمادی ( 0.32- = β) و محرومیت هیجانی ( 0.27- = β) سهم منفی و معناداری در پیش بینی صمیمت زناشویی داشته و 58 درصد تغییرات آن را تبیین می‌کنند. به نظر می‌رسد طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه حوزه بریدگی و طرد سهم قابل توجهی در تبیین صمیمت زناشویی دارند و لازم است در مداخلات مرتبط با زوجین بر این طرحواره‌ها تمرکز بیشتری صورت گیرد.

چکیده English

This study aimed to determine the role of disconnection and rejection schemas in predicting marital intimacy. Using a correlational design, 102 individuals from a counseling center in Mashhad (a city in Iran) were selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using the Schema Questionnaire- Short Form (SQ-SF) and the Couple Intimacy Inventory (MIQ). The results indicated a significant negative relationship between disconnection and rejection schemas and marital intimacy (P<0.05). Stepwise regression analysis further revealed that abandonment (β = -0.44), mistrust (β = -0.32), and emotional deprivation (β = -0.27) had a significant negative contribution to predicting marital intimacy, collectively explaining 58% of its variance. These findings suggest that early maladaptive schemas related to disconnection and rejection play a substantial role in marital intimacy, underscoring the need for schema-focused interventions in couple therapy.
