پیش‌بینی تنهایی اجتماعی و عاطفی در دانشجویان بر اساس بدتنظیمی هیجانی: نقش تعدیل کننده جنسیت

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش بدتنظیمی هیجانی در پیش ­بینی تنهایی اجتماعی و عاطفی دانشجویان با نقش تعدیل کننده جنسیت بود. در یک طرح توصیفی-همبستگی، تعداد 152 نفر از دانشجویان شهر مشهد به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها به صورت الکترونیکی و از طریق شبکه‌های اجتماعی صورت گرفت. ابزارهای گردآوری داده‌ها شامل مقیاس نارسایی‌ها در کنش‌وری اجرایی بارکلی (BDEFS) و مقیاس احساس تنهایی اجتماعی و عاطفی بزرگسالان (SELSA-S) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و z فیشر انجام شد. نتایج حاکی از ارتباط منفی و معنادار بدتنظیمی هیجانی با تنهایی اجتماعی و عاطفی در کل نمونه بود. تنهایی اجتماعی در مقایسه با تنهایی عاطفی همبستگی بالاتری با بدتنظیمی هیجانی داشت. اما تفاوت آنها غیرمعنادار بود (0.05P). به نظر می‌رسد بدتنظیمی هیجانی بر احساس تنهایی اجتماعی و عاطفی به ویژه در زنان اثر دارد و آن را پیش بینی می‌کند.

The present study aimed to investigate the role of emotional dysregulation in predicting social and emotional loneliness among university students, considering gender as a moderating variable. Utilizing a descriptive-correlational methodology, 152 students from Mashhad were chosen through convenience sampling. Data collection was conducted digitally via social media platforms. The Barkley Deficits in Executive Functioning Scale (BDEFS) and the Social and Emotional Loneliness Scale for Adults (SELSA-S) served as the instruments for gathering data. Multiple regression and Fisher's z test were used to analyze the data. Findings indicated a significant inverse association between emotional dysregulation and both forms of loneliness within the cohort. While a stronger association was observed between emotional dysregulation and social loneliness compared to emotional loneliness, this difference did not reach statistical significance (P< 0.05). Furthermore, emotional dysregulation significantly predicted both social and emotional loneliness in female students, whereas it was only significantly associated with social loneliness in male students. No notable difference was detected in the association of emotional dysregulation with loneliness types among females (P< 0.05). However, a significant difference was observed in this relationship among male students. (P < 0.05). The data suggests that emotional dysregulation may affect social and emotional loneliness, with a pronounced impact on females.
