پیش بینی هراس اجتماعی بر اساس طرحواره رهاشدگی و نشخوار فکری در دانشجویان دختر

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش پیش بینی هراس اجتماعی بر اساس طرحواره رهاشدگی و نشخوار فکری در دانشجویان دختر بود. در یک طرح همبستگی تعداد 150 نفر از دانشجویان دختر دانشکده علوم انسانی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد شاهرود با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها با سیاهه هراس اجتماعی (SPIN)، فـرم کوتاه پرسشنامه طرحـواره (SQ-SF) و مقیاس پاسخ‌های نشخواری (RRS) انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد بین هراس اجتماعی با طرحواره رهاشدگی و نشخوار فکری رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (0.01 ≥ P). رگرسیون چندگانه نیز نشان داد که طرحواره رهاشدگی (0.17=β) و نشخوار فکری (0.48 =β) به طور مثبت و معناداری هراس اجتماعی دانشجویان دختر را پیش بینی می‌کنند. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که با افزایش میزان رهاشدگی و نشخوار فکری در دانشجویان دختر، میزان هراس اجتماعی آنان نیز افزایش می‌یابد. بر این اساس در تبیین هراس اجتماعی باید به نقش طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و نیز نشخوار فکری توجه شود.

چکیده English

The aim of this study was to predict social phobia based on the abandonment schema and rumination among female university students. In a correlational design, a total of 150 female students from the Faculty of Humanities at Islamic Azad University, Shahrud Branch, were selected using convenience sampling. Data collection was conducted using the Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN), the Schema Questionnaire--Short Form (SQ-SF), and the Ruminative Responses Scale (RRS). The findings revealed significant relationships between social phobia and rumination (P ≤ 0.01). Multiple regression analysis also indicated that the abandonment schema (β = 0.17) and rumination (β = 0.48) positively and significantly predicted social phobia among female students. The results of this study demonstrated that as the levels of abandonment schema and rumination increased in female students, their level of social phobia also increased. Accordingly, the role of early maladaptive schemas and rumination should be considered in explaining social phobia.
