چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف پیش بینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس خودکارآمدی، عزت‌نفس و رضایت شغلی در کادر درمانی غیر‌پزشکی انجام شد. طرح پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارکنان غیرپزشکی بیمارستان های‌ استان تهران در سال 1402 تشکیل می‌دادند. تعداد 196 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها با مقیاس رضایت زناشویی (EMS)، پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی مینه سوتا (MSQ)، مقیاس خودکارآمدی عمومی (GSE) و مقیاس عزت‌نفس روزنبرگ (RSES) انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین خودکارآمدی، عزت‌نفس و رضایت شغلی با رضایت زناشویی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (0.01>P). این متغیرها توانستند 39 درصد از واریانس رضایت زناشویی کادر درمانی غیر‌پزشکی را پیش‌بینی کنند. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت خودکارآمدی، عزت‌نفس و رضایت شغلی قادر به پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی کادر درمانی غیرپزشکی هستند. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود روان‌شناسان خانواده در برنامه‌ریزی‌های خود در جهت بهبود رضایت زناشویی زوجین بر ارتقای خودکارآمدی، عزت نفس و رضایت شغلی متمرکز شوند.

Predicting Marital Satisfaction among Non-Medical Healthcare Staff Based on Self-Efficacy, Self-Esteem, and Job Satisfaction

چکیده English

The present study sought to predict marital satisfaction, hypothesizing that it would be best predicted by self-efficacy, self-esteem, and job satisfaction, measured among non-medical healthcare staff. The research design that was applied was of a descriptive-correlational nature. The statistical population from which the data were drawn consisted of non-medical staff working in hospitals in Tehran province in the year 2023. A total of 196 participants were selected using convenience sampling. Data collection was conducted using the ENRICH Marital Satisfaction (EMS) Scale, the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE), and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES). The results indicated a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy, self-esteem, and job satisfaction with marital satisfaction (P < 0.01). These variables were able to predict 39% of the variance in marital satisfaction. It can be concluded that self-efficacy, self-esteem, and job satisfaction are capable of predicting marital satisfaction among non-medical healthcare staff. Therefore, it is suggested that family psychologists focus on enhancing self-efficacy, self-esteem, and job satisfaction in their planning to improve marital satisfaction among couples.
